This initial payment is the deposit. The remaining balance is do 90 days prior to the trip.
Deposit: The deposit is 100% refundable for 60 days (or until 90 days before the trip starts, whichever comes first). After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Balance: The payment balance will be due 90 days prior to the start of the trip.
Cancellations: Cancellations made between 90 – 60 days before the trip start date get a 50% refund of the balance amount (the deposit is not included in the refund). After that there is a 0% refund.
