The amount you pay now when you select your room is the deposit amount. The remaining balance will be due 90 days prior to our trip. See details below.
Deposit: The deposit is 100% refundable for 60 days (or until 90 days before the trip starts, whichever comes first). After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Balance: The payment balance will be due 90 days prior to the start of the trip.
Cancellations: Cancellations made between 90 – 60 days before the trip start date get a 50% refund of the balance amount (the deposit is not included in the refund). After that there is a 0% refund.
It's a curated experience for the same price as most hotels or AirBnBs.

What's not included?-Flights to/from Guadalajara (but we will give you access to discount bookings for this trip. -Any associated passport/visa fees (usually non for most travelers) -Meals (While we will have snacks and some basic food, GDL has an exploding culinary scene. We encourage everyone to take the time to explore and try food spots. We'll also do group outings to try great food)

Where are we staying?It is a beautiful large house with a boutique hotel feel. We'll have it all to ourselves and we have shared room options as well as private room options. Every room comes with its own bathroom. You'll feel like you're staying in a boutique BnB except you'll be with cool people that are just like you.

How do I get there from the Airport?We will be constantly communicating. We will ask everyone to send us their flight number prior to their flight and we will have someone pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the house.

Do I need to participate in group outings?Group outings are optional, but we will be doing some great things around the city, you're going to want to be a part of it.

Dietary Restrictions?Every participant in remote week is responsible for their own dietary consumption during the trip. With that said, we'll have plenty of recommendations and this city has tons of options for anyone and everyone.
